Rochelle is an experienced Counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association. Rochelle holds a Masters Degree in Counselling, BA (Fine Art), Dip (Fine Art), CERT IV (Training & Assessment) & CELTA qualification.
Rochelle's experience includes many years working with people struggling with addiction, as well as assisting people suffering with Post Traumatic Stress or Sexual Abuse. She has worked in residential addiction treatment facilities in Australia & Thailand, assisted Military Veterans and their partners affected by PTSD and has developed programs to support women dealing with historical trauma.
She also has extensive experience in assisting people with anxiety, depression, relationships, eating disorders, intimacy and self esteem.
Rochelle brings a broad range of training and skills including, but not limited to: EMDR, Brainspotting, Schema Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Rochelle offers a private, confidential space for people to feel heard, valued and accepted in a welcoming, natural bush setting.
Rochelle has a person-centred, collaborative approach and tailors treatment to suit the unique needs of each client.
